GeoCell L-884 is a new silicone designed for low-density compressed mattresses, enhancing compression set and recovery for rolled and compressed foam. GeoCell L-884 silicone offers good processing latitude with medium-potency conventional silicone surfactant.

GeoCell L-450 cell regulator helps to open foam with strong cell struts, making it suitable for compressed mattresses and furniture. GeoCell L-450 exhibits excellent foam recovery after compression and provides good results when used with L-894, L-594, or L-884. Additionally, for making sea sponges, GeoCell L-450 needs to be used with special surfactants.

The GM-225 technology offers a novel way to provide superior gradient improvements in hardness and density from top to bottom in polyurethane slabstock foam.

GeoCell Catalyst D-25 is a new Tin (II) catalyst without 2-ethylhexanoic acid (2-EHA), which is having similar reactivity profile to Stannous Octoate (SO). Use levels of GeoCell Catalyst D-25 are similar to Stannous Octoate. Small adaptions are required in certain cases. Adjustments to the blow and amine catalysts are required for optimum process.

Niax L-417W is a low-emission stabilizer that provides excellent cell regulation and is designed to produce viscoelastic foam varying from semi-open to fine/tight foam cells. Niax L-422 is a low-emission stabilizer that provides very open cell content while maintaining stable foam blocks. Combining the above stabilizers at different ratios and use level can yield different hand-feel touches and performance – such as memory, super soft and latex-like qualities.

Niax Colour Stabilizer CS-14 is the newest product in Momentive’s color stabilizer line of antioxidants. It is designed to enhance foam performance by providing improved anti-scorch and anti-yellowing properties. CS-14 does not contain BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene), making it suitable for low-density formulations and featuring a low-viscosity system for accurate metering.
